What do you do if your goods arrive damaged or broken?
Please let us know; send a picture of the damage in the original packaging, and we can replace it for you at no charge.

If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of purchase – either online or in-store – for a store credit, provided it is:

The value of your store credit will match the value of the returned item. Please note that the cost of returning the item (for online purchases or if transport is needed) is your responsibility.
