Our Story
Moontree blossomed from the vision of Kate Soady, a Blue Mountains resident with a passion for creating a luminous sanctuary brimming with color, enchanting candles, exquisite handmade gifts, and one-of-a-kind homewares. Kate Soady Gallery
Kate has established her own gallery within the the lower levels of the store. The Kate Soady Gallery is dedicated to exhibiting her artworks. She paints in her studio in Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains. Kates art is diverse and has fast become a popular destination for lovers of art. Kates themes in her are artwork are derived from her experience of being immersed in nature. She focuses on native Australian flora and bird-life. She also exhibits colourful abstract pieces, seascapes and landscapes.
