Candle Scent Policy – Moontree
At Moontree, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, beautifully-scented candles using carefully curated fragrances designed to enrich your space.
Scent is a deeply personal experience, and every individual perceives fragrance differently. While some people may find a particular scent strong, others may find it more subtle—or may not detect it at all. This variation is due to each person’s unique sense of smell, as well as environmental factors.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on candles based on individual scent perception.
Please note:
• We use a consistent, high fragrance load in every candle, ensuring each one contains the same amount of carefully measured scent.
• Our candles are freshly poured weekly due to high turnover, meaning they are not sitting in storage or losing fragrance over time.
If you find that a particular scent doesn’t suit you or feels too subtle, we recommend trying a different fragrance next time. Our team is always happy to guide you in choosing one that better suits your scent preferences.
